    Installing Rear Ladder

    hi all,

Wanting to install a rear ladder for a D2. pulled out the rear lock mechanism to open the door to find that the ladder doesn't seem to bolt up to the existing bolts holding the rear door external lock mechanism. Can people advise that the ladder needs two new holes at top and bottom (between the number plate & door lock/handle). I assumed wrongly that the bottom holes would line up with the rear external door lock handle mechanism. cheers

And I think you need two new holes at the top end as well...well at least that what I did with mine....nice to have a ladder.

Argh. YeP got me on the palm trees Pedro. Can't agree on the steps though. Flimsy things. Mine cracked on the brackets from vibration.

    Cheers
