What cooler have you used there? Doesn't look like either the P38 or TD5 unit (not the right shape)?
I'd like to **** mine in order to enable me to fit a full size manual intercooler in there from the UK.

Pull the top mounts, place a piece of cardboard to protect the radiator from fan and lean the assembly back....
I know this works, as I replaced the P38 cooler which was supplied with a crack in the weld this way!
A good bash plate under the bar work stops the mud piling in really well too...
And for other poster - full sized IC wont gain any benefit over improved unit for std area... Too large an IC will induce LAG that you will hate...
Efficiency and Flow are more important
Thats a massive process on the pre-updates. To undo those mounts is a headlight trim out, headlights out, grill out, horn out affair. I understand they sorted this as one of the mods on the update, but the preupdate doesn;t let you easily get to the mount bolts to undo them.
Its not as though you had anything else to do-----;):whistling:
Thanks for that. They're very similair in design and size to a Mazda RX7 engine oil cooler that I have sitting here. I also found a PWR universal transmission oil cooler and genuine Ford unit from a Falcon.
