The 2002 build dates for the D2a would be interesting to have listed, but I'm assuming the Australian delivered D2a's all had the CDL internals and lever.
Probably the most useful information at the moment would be for 1A's in the range SALLTGMxx1A726600 to SALLTGMxx1A732100. A PM with vin and presence or absence of CDL for D2's in this range would really help clear up when the change over occurred.
