    Question V8 Engine Control Module removal & re-programming

    Is it possible to remove and disassemble the ECM without having to re-program the ECM when refitting it to the vehicle?

    Is it ok to disconnect the ECU's connectors without having to re-program it to the car when re-connecting? LRT
