I used a small ring spanner to get an even pressure on the clips and pushed them until they were firm against the heat shield. I did this about 5-6 months ago when I first got the D2 and they haven't come loose.Quote:

3rd row seat rattle now solved thanks to the posted technical service bulletins. Cheers.
Just got a new creak/rattling noise from rear door latch area. Will try some grease to the area soon.
Also, plastic on plastic noise from the top of the climate control system. Banging it out of frustration hasn't fixed it yet.
Turns out that what I thought was the turbo heat shield, was in fact the heat shield on the n/s engine mount, the top bolt was loose :o, tightened it up and rattle is gone :DQuote:

A screw in the dash aircon vents dropped by one of my carpet commandos;( not happy cos I cant seem to find it to get it out. It goes from one side of the dash to the other every corner we take. Very annoying!
