    Question TD5 Water Pump and Rave

    Need to repair/replace the water pump in my 01 Disco TD5.

    Have a couple of copies of the Rave CD and none show the cooling system for TD5 ... only V8

    Is this missing from all the Rave CD's or just mine?

    I've noticed a few other items particular to the TD5 are also abscent

    Anywhere else I can fnd the procedure the rectify the above? (pump that is)

    one further point ....
    how easy is it to remove the pulley off the water pump ... ie .. how tight is it?
    I can't fit my puller in there .. and I really don't want to be pulling the radiator out again to get enough room to work in... I've only just put it all back in

    You don't need a puller to remove water pump. It is behind the power steer pump and runs off the back of the power steer pump.. Here is the page out of the work shop manual.
