Central locking problem since new battery

I have a Discovery2 V8 XS The battery let go and since replacing it, the central locking is acting very strange.

    1) All doors except the rear tailgate unlocks from remote
    2) All 5 dooors lock from remote
    3) The rear side doors does not lock when you start driving.
    4) The rear side doors does not lock when locked from the dash switch
    5) Tailgate door unlocks when you pull the inside handle.

It is strange symptoms. I am positive all actuators are working, since all the doors can lock and unlock , it is just the timing when it is supposed to happen that is not right.

I had it tested with a Hawkeye, it can not give any fault codes. It can only adjust selectable or non selectable central lock.

At this point I am wondering if the old battery volt drop did not mess around with the settings.

My normal mechanic says new BCU. Since it is VIN specific some work on the main ECU as well. Expensive.

    My questions:
    1) Is there a diagnostic system (like nanocom) that can access and change BCU settings?
    2) Is it possible to get a BCU from a wrecked Discovery2, and re-program it with my BCU's VIN and km travelled?
    3) Would the agents/dealership be able to re-program the BCU (they are exensive and incompitent here in SA

    Thanks

OK new info. Got my Nanocom Evolution (hell yeah) it can test the locking of all the doors etc. I have established that my rear side doors does not operate on normal lock but only on Super lock

Is it different actuators that operates the different types of locking?
If it does I think rear mechanisms probably needs replacement?
