Don't use a compressor. You will stuff it, if not already. You nead a MAF sensor cleaner. CRC MAF cleaner from Supercheap for about $23.
Do it first thing in the morning when your car is cold. Don't drive it around prior and also don't start it for a hour or so after to be safe. The MAF sensor is very sensitive. (You also don't want to spray to close to the wire screen, don't go at it like a dentist). Instructions are on the can I think.
