LRDirect, I got about $500 worth of stuff sent over for my D2. They are also only up the road from my family - which means I can usually get stuff clarified if needed.

I've met the guys in person and they are nice enough....

I usually get my parts list order together and send an email stating clearly about what has to be from genuine or can be others. I usually state if an item can be britpart, I've started to get picky about them when it takes ages to get a new item through.

What any of these guys should do though is clearly seal the box and then you can see if customs have opened it. There was a part missing from my order which held me up for a few weeks. Though to their credit, they sent the part FOC.

That's who I dealt with, Duncan the owner. I've spoken to a mechanic who used to purchase from them and always had troubles, with wrong stuff being sent.

Paul has got a lot of money from me over the last year.

I used Rimmers, slightly more $ on some things than a couple of others I looked up (but only slightly). I ordered from them though as they also do Triumph TR6 parts so I had combined postage. :)

I think that they are big enough to be cost effective, but not too big where they are not customer friendly.
