    Clutch master/slave cylinder replacement

    Hi

I'm experiencing sloppy clutch problems with my 1999 TD5 and after investing some time with bleeding both master and slave cylinders with no improvemnt (and reading various AULRO posts) I have now ordered a new one of each and am awaiting their arrival.

My query is this - I have a copy of the much referred to RAVE CD but for some reason there is almost no reference to the manual gearbox for the D2 and certainly no information on replacement of either master or slave cylinders!

Am I missing something obvious or is there an additional reference that I should be getting hold of?

Any assistance/thoughts would be much appreciated.

    Cheers - David

Thanks for the reply but my version of RAVE seems to go straight from TRANSFER BOX to AUTOMATIC GEARBOX and then on to PROPELLER SHAFTS.

Is there more than one version of the RAVE CD(s) in circulation??!?

    Cheers - David

    Sloppy 2

Is the sloppy pedal a common fault in the d2? mines the same, not working till about 1/2 depress of pedal. And no adjuster anywhere, is a new master cyl the answer?? cheers
