Mate you are seeing the caps with the valve remover built in. They unscrew and you have normal valves. Mine r same but under rear bumper. I have an LPG cap stuffed in beside my petrol cap...

You don't need to go to a servo. Get a good quality high pressure bicycle pump for about $20. It only takes 20 to 30 strokes, in as many seconds, to pump up the air bags as they are small in volume. Having the pump with you means if you go away 4wding, after you've set up camp (and lowered the weight in the rear) you can let the air out of the bags do some trail work (without being too hard and bouncy at the back) and then reinflate before packing up again.

I second the bicycle pump. I have worked out loads on the number of pumps rather than PSI. With a Bike Pump you can just throw half a dozen squirts in until you get the ride perfect without a servo or needing to dig the pump out.
