Don't believe that if nanocom says something is faulty to whack in a replacement part. It is telling you there is a shuttle valve fault, not neccessarily that it's the actual valve , you need to establish what is causing the fault. Often parts are replaced unneccessarily, adding up to $$$ wasted.
A favorite lurk of of non landy mechanics, replace and charge for everything until the problem hopefully goes away
The Shuttle Valve Error is reported when there is either an open circuit or out of range value on the circuit.
The replacement of the shuttle valve is quite logical but he surrounding wiring should also be checked.
Dont forget the relay that supplies power either
Good Oil
Make sure you have good fluid in there & no air. The mod above is also proven by others.
A good test is to go somewhere and get the ABS/TC to operate (unless your fault prevents this), get the valves operating & moving.
Hope this helps.
I had an intermittent 3 amigos so... I replaced my fluid & went on an 'axle bender' track to get my TC operating, it was a little sticky on my offside rear. It did go with a sudden crack, then it all operated smoothly & no errors for 3 weeks since.![]()
