you may , or may not know about Disco lights

I found out that if you have a diagnostic tool then you can set the BCU to turn on your headlights with the remote flip.

I have found this very useful in the dark after you approach or leave the car it leaves the headlight on to light up the path.

After turning ignion off , close the doors and hold the lock phlip down for seconds and the headlights come on, this provides light to walk safely on a dark path/driveway. When safely away, press the flip again and it turns off the headlights and locks car.

Appoaching in the dark you do the same, hold phlip for a couple of seconds the headlight b come on and light5 your path to the car.

When using this function with mine, after a minute or 2 the headlights will automatically turn themselves off too.

I'm not sure, but I thought they all had this function active already in the BCU???

I haven't tried it during the day. But on the dash is a little black button which is a light sensor, make be its for that. I thought it was for the auto dimming rear view mirror.
