    Upside Down

I recently found my front left shock needed replacing and decided I would match the front springs to the back (Dobinsons 20mm lift) while I was doing all the shocks. On replacing the front springs I found that the close coil was on the bottom and the cut out was on the top? I looked at the RAVE CD and it said to install it close coil up and cut out down. After a lot of pondering I decided to install the new springs as the old were setup (mainly because I already had the FRH in that way and it was getting late).

I'm just writing to ask if I'm going to have to spend another day pulling the front apart to flip the springs, and also to see if anyone else has turned their shock turrets around for easier access and the ability to actually torque the top shock bolt (I measured it up and it is semetrical so it shouldn't have any issues)?

    Any input would be appreciated.

I just checked my front dobinson coils and I installed them with the cut surface to the top, I think they where marked that way.

Also, yes I turned my shock towers around, makes it a lot easier to get the to the bolts too.
