    Just got my heads back.

    Rockwell hardness was 98 so I'm pretty happy there.

    Apparently it was leaking in many spots and had a few slight scratches between the coolant chambers and the back cylinders.

    Hopefully that explains some of my problems.

    ... now I just have to put it all back together.
