    What tyres do YOU run?

    Just wondering what the more popular tyres that people run are?
    Was going to put it as a poll but too many options.
    Coopers seem to be popular with some, avoided like the plaque with others.
    General Grabbers also seem pretty popular.
    So what do YOU run?
    I currently have the Pirelli ATR Scorpion in 245/75/16 and I absolutely love them.
    I can throw the disco all around the road and I've never had any of the scary slides like I had with the old savero HTs I had on.
    They've been great both on and off road, even in some sticky mud.

    Michelin - but going to the Pirellis at next replacement

    Currently Michelin, as I got the car with these on - but going to Pirelli ATRs at next replacement (or maybe Maxxis?)

    I have recently brought the new Bridgestone Duler AT, they are a LT tyre and are great for sand / dirt road touring that I do and very good in the wet on the black stuff.

    Started with;

    255/55R18 Goodyear Wrangler HP when I bought the disco (Fine for road and sand)

    Then;

    245/75R16 Maxxis Buckshot Mudders for a while (Not a bad tyre, used to be cheap)

    Now;

    33x12.5xR18 Kumho KL71 MT as a general tyre (First appearance seems good and a lot cheaper than other brands)

    Future;

    35x12.5xR16 Maxxis Creepy Crawler as a play tyre

    x2 but on my d2.
    they have maybe 40,000km on them and have about 6mm tread left from original 14mm. not sure if i will go same again next time but starting to look at the options.

    Pirelli Scorpion ATR's, just standard 235's on a D2a td5. Quiet and the grip is amazing on the road, havent done much off road except in the paddock. Even there I got it bogged a couple of times with the old Coopers it came with, no problems with the ATR's.
    My bro-law just put Coopers on his Mazda work ute and he's getting stuck on building sites that were no problem with the old Bridgestones.

    I had Bridgestone Desert Duelers on the D1 and they were fine. Wife and her dad took it through the Simpson. Got talked into some Khumos for it but the grip on road was shocking. Went ok up to Innaminka though one got staked.

    Have had bfg 235/70/16 sibce I bought the d2 2 years ago and they did alright. Got 265/75/16 cooper stt's fitted yesterday so can't comment as yet but they do look good. It was between them and maxxis but I've had good experiences with coopers so went with what I know. Hoping to hit some 4x4 tracks soon so will report back. They aren't very loud actually IMO but my speedo is out by about 8 as you'd expect.

    I took mine through my first really deep mud about an hour ago, on my way back from uni.
    Didn't miss a beat, went through it with ease, no need for traction control either.
    Very impressed.
