Thats interesting! I suspect that a lot of the intermittent amigo problems come from the hub rather than the sensor. My sensors never gave any problem until I installed Ashcroft CV's. Now they're always flashing up. Initially I cleaned the excess grease from within the CV ABS tone slots and this went a long way to improving the problem, but if the new ones are 1mm longer then I can only assume they are getting a crisper signal from the CV.Quote:

No matter though, because after the reluctor ring got hold of the sensor, it was academic. It ripped the end out of the sensor, and then the pointy bits of metal protruding from the end of the sensor wore a definite groove in the teeth of the ring. At that point with another sensor in (temp fix just to fill the hole until I could get the new hub), the system would be ok for any where from 30 meters to 3km. As you can see, the reluctor ring has ripped the end out of the sensor, which in turn has worn away at the teeth on the ring.
