Thread: won't unlock..part 2

just come back from holidays again, and have the unlock issue...again. This time using another battery on the starter for a bit of boost is not helping both fobs to unlock the doors.
red light still flashing on dash.
red lights flashing on fob.
accidently shorted the starter and still seems like plenty of charge in the battery even without using the second battery.
key operated door lock doesn't open it.
apart from throwing a brick thru the window (with pleasure) what else can i do?
I have my security card but don't think this will unlock the door just deactivate the alarm?
please help...

fixed with a brick...seems the alarm ativated while i was away...glass ordered...old defender on the way.
