Limp mode unknown error by Nanocom

Hi, started my 2001 TD5 discovery, got the M&S blinking, yes I'm in limp mode... Checked on my Nanocom under the automatic gearbox section, got this odd message "Z! Invalid fault code"
Restart the car, it's gone, no more M&S blinking, what does this error mean?

An intermittant fault. Probably the XYZ switch or auto wiring harness problem.
There are plenty of fixes for both on this site if you have a search.

Well the xyz was replaced a year ago with the "new design" model with no issues since then.
The harness between the gearbox to the main harness under the central console was replaced 6 months ago, again with no issue.
It's obvious it's not a permanent fault but wonder what this error code means

Try checking the switch alignment, and make sure the gear indications on the dash are okay.

    Check list

tested gear handle, letters on dash are OK.
It happens occasionally while starting the truck in the morning, I suspect a low DC on my battery 11.8V to 12V which consider low DC on a battery BEFORE alternator charge...
Above values are after a 12Hrs parking (overnight).
