The different color paint marks indicate coil location on vehicle , eg drivers front. so as to allow for different static loads eg drivers side front will be dirffeent to cater for driver + battery + brake booster/clutch control's etc. Off the top of my head I have no idea as the coding though
Whoops , forgot to add that the static free length of the drivers side will be a bit longer than the others!

Thanks for replies guys, Thanks for the pics Dave yeah apart from the pitch they dont look much different. I swapped them over today bugger of a job when the jack wont lift it high enoughI did'nt put the lifted springs in as they were too long and seem to require disconnecting the brake lines and wheel sensor wires to get them in and that is getting beyond my mechanic abilities. So I put the springs in I got off you Dave but also fitted the polyairs in those springs. I thought the bags look too long for the spring are there different length polyairs? eg: ones to fit lift springs?. I hope not or I'll be pulling it all back out again
. When I finished I jumped up and down on the back and heard a bang/clunk, I'm hoping in was the spring not seated quite properly and seating itself. I have left the rest of the sls in just in case I dont like it and go back to the other. I had a look at the system and the sls bags dont look that old as does the compressor, I reckon they were changed recently before I got it.
