    Emergency: Coolant Dumping From Resoviour

I am asking for all and any help I can get.........
My 2004 D2 had its suspension lift fitted on friday...... all seemed well untill i noticed that when i shut off the car it seems to dump a fair amount of coolant through the hole in the bottom of the coolant resoviour.... What is this hole? why is it dumping coolant? at the petrol station when I shut down the car it dump a very large amount of coolant and i quickly started the car again and it stopped dumping coolant immediatly then when I arrived home and shut it off it didnt dump any? what is going on?!?!?!

Please any help is appreciated greatly!

Hole in bottom of coolant tank? should be NO hole in bottom. Do you mean the overflow pipe? Small black plastic line from top of tank? Or is it just your airconditioer drains? we need some more info for a correct diag. Pics? how much coolant is left in tank?
    Cheers

Maybe you have cracked the small black plastic pipe that runs from the expansion tank to the top of the radiator. It is very brittle and easily broken it the tank is moved. Better to replace the whole pipe with rubber.
    Cheers, David.

Any bets that the installers have hit the bottom of the coolant header when installing the lift kit?

Reservoir, header. If you want to be proper, "Expansion tank".

    The tank lifts out--
    gently--
just release the pipe from the side.

I'd take that bet. Pretty easy to dislodge a hose. General area for the RHS shock absorber.
Don't think springs install would cause it, but shocks are a different story.
