I've successully managed to change my drivers side rear door actuator. The only problem I have now is that there is a 2mm gap between the door and body where the door does not quite meet the body. The door is also quite hard to open. This seems strange seeing tha the actuator position is not adjustable. Maybe play with the catch on the body itself? Also a note of advice to all those with a D2, I have a 2004 model that appears quite clean and rust free, but the window frame has some severe rust at the bottom of the small corner window. Only obvious once the weather seal is removed.
