Chirp chirp - Cardon Joint! Normally when slow under load or starting up a hill. Boat ramp is excellent; or while driving in a lane adjacent to a centre concrete barrier with window down.
You should be able to see the extruding metal with a torch. Get the shaft out ASAP. If it fails, may take out the GB and the floor.

Didn't he already say he rebuilt the DC joint .....I think he wants another possible cause. Can I throw in hand brake rattle . Try it with handbrake on..
