Forgive me for a silly question but I don't know, what is option B?

hope the following makes sense - apologies to anyone who's colorblind (although since I've only used red is this an issue? Excuse my ignorance)

without knowing where to put the multimeter I could only do a visual inspection of the wiring plugs, which all seemed ok - no corrosion, loose pins/wires etc
You dont need a Nanocom to check this.

How do you know you had an SVS fault? last time I had a nanocom on it it read a historical fault - at that time I had had no problems in the 6 months I had owned the vehicle
AFTER you have checked all Earth points, Plugs, Wiring and Switches
My advice would be to take up Clubagreenies offer and get the codes read for you. definitely

    cheers
    Cheers,

Unless anyone can say to refute I believe my Nanocom (for V8) will still work on the TD5 as we are looking at the SLABS not the Motec/TD systems.

Anyone confirm? I might get the option code for TD anyway.

The only difference between the D2 Td5 and V8 unlock on the Nanocom is the engine ECU. You can use all the other modules on both without additional codes.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but my 07 puma has only ever had 2 of the amigos come to play (the MIL is off, TC & ABS are on permenantly), does this mean my abs is not in communication with OBD? Never had it to a stealer, but might have to go for a visit one day

I had the 3 amigos did option B and it was ok for a while,

then had the left hand sensor fault, it said broken wire etc etc, I pulled the sensor and gave it a clean and all was ok for a couple of weeks.
Then I got the permanent unable to reset Shuttle Valve error. it would not clear until I replaced the shuttle valve.

Now that fixed and with option B also do, the lastest is The Front Left Wheel lost of signal, so here we go again source the cause of that one.

Got a love hate relationship with my Landy
