Rimmer's airmail postage on that item is about £3.00 less than ebay listing linked above.

The LR Genuine parts came with TRW grease fwiw.

If the carrier is badly rusted it's worth thinking about replacing the carrier. It's LR part STC1907, OEM would be my choice here: http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-STC1907P1

has anyone done a seal kit on the front calipers?, noticed my dust seals are not in the best shape so might be worth a go.

Which seals are we talking here? The sliding pin seals?

Piston seals. On the pre-facelift D2's the seal kit is STC1919 which is same PN# as for the P38a Rangie.
