Drive Belt Wearing very quickly!!

I bought an idler pulley of the same dimensions from a bearing supplier.

yer ill keep it in mind for next time but i this one was beyond any sort of fix..

all seems well now the tensioner is dead still while running allot better then the massive jumping the previous one was doing not surprising since is wasn't rotating haha. :)
