Hi all after reading urban panzer page on changing injector washers and seals does anyone have an idea on where to get the injector removal tool and how much they are ? Cheers Matt

I used a 150mm roll head pry bar with near no effort required.
You dont need a special tool.
Make sure you lube the orings.
cheers

Dingocroft in the UK sell them. UP made a fairly serious investment in tooling to change his injectors:
Engine Tools - Part2
Injector puller: £93.26
Insertion Tool for Injector Washer: £13.85
Removal Tool for Injector Washers on TD5: £82.25
Sleeve for 'O' Ring Fitting: £36.98
etc...
Gee that adds up are there work around a for this. Hoping my new motor has injectors still in it when I pick it up on Monday.
I reckon we need to start up a D2 Td5 tool share
Update:
As the head needs to come off anyway to assess damage from a broken cam chain we ended up taking the cam block off using a pry bar on both sides of the injectors. We think the head was torqued up with the injectors in place as they were seriously stuck. We even tried the correct tool. Cheers Matt
I made up a couple of fingers out of 10mm bolts for my improvised slide hammer. Worked a treat and my local LR mechanic even borrows it occassionally.
What part of NSW are you mattg? If close to Hornsby area you are also welcome to borrow it if still required.
Roger
