OEM front roof rail install instructions?

Hi all. I've looked far and wide, and can't seem to find any instructions on installation of genuine front roof rails, for a vehicle that has not had them previously. I know that I have to drill 6 holes (installing extensions too), but need to know what size, if I need a hole saw, what other tools, etc etc...

Anyone got any instructions they can point me to please?

    Thanks
    Regards, Will

Unfortunately my stripped out D2 shell went to the scrappy today so can't get exact locations. You will need to remove the head lining to give you access to the nuts from inside the car. There is a round hole in the roof bracing where you will drill through the roof. I assume the hold will be there on all models. If not you will need a hole saw big enough to fit a socket in. The hole through the roof is bigger than the bolts and has big washes underneath to hold in place. I don't think it will need to be an exact size. Just enough to allow a bit of movement. I did not have the extensions so don't know there.

It could be a good time to do the roof lining while it's out if it's like all the other Disco's out there.
    Cheers, David.

Gives basic instructions but the locations are (if sourced to fit after purchase) from a template supplied I think.

*Link wrong, be back in a mo with right version.

Interesting. I'd have expected the prices reversed.

I'm the opposite I would love mine not to have them, theyre in the way and more chance of leaking but if you have a plan/use for them ""cool"". Just a question though dont the factory fitted roof ones have a recessed hole in the roof? just curious!
