I have a rear rail kit waiting to go in. I will post up the instructions and template this arvo. It has holesaw sizes and all
I looks to me that I'll have to drill from the inside to locate the holes, then use a hole saw to cut the outer skin of the roof. There appears to be a 31-32mm boss on the rail that will have to drop through that hole and meet the inner rail.
I "plan" on permanently mounting 2 solar panels between the rails to assist charging for my Fullriver, hopefully will be able to get around 200W on the roof

Thanks Matty, I'll be buying a hole saw kit today. Measuring the feet seems to indicate 32mm. I'm nervous as all hell about punching 6 holes in a perfectly good roof lol
