I did the RH "easy" one yesterday, but I still haven't worked out how to twist my arm between the XYZ switch the cat etc etc to do the LH one.
I just smeared superglue on the end of the pipe as I shoved it in.
Hmm maybe I should take out the auto first, like a D3 turbo "first remove body"
