Unfortunately the3 above schematic from microcat is very misleading.
There is no way the order they show the parts would work. They just wont fit and bolt up!
The Spigot flywheel alignment shown as number 12 in above diagram actually fits directly to the end of the crank case. It has a dowell hole that matches the dowell on the end of the crank shaft. Then the Flywheel/ring gear assembly does fit on next, there is a dowell hole on the flywheel ring gear that correctly aligns the spigot flywheel alignment part.
Is is where I went wrong on my fitment , as my dowell on the spigot flywheel alignment part was missing, so this is were I just bolted the 4 bolts up to it, this then of course throws out the tooth sequence on the flywheel and crank angle sensor. So as Beeutey suggested, i was either 90 ,180 or 270 degrees out depending on how many bolts I was out on fitting the flywheel. Not that I had seen this dowell hole, I just need to align the flywheel to correspond to the missing dowell location.
This should synchronise everything again to spark on the correct cylinder.

I cant wait until Wednesday to get the drive plate
