I finally found the source (hopefully the last one) of the engine oil leak.
I got an oil leak from the vacuum pump. After cleaning the alternator, the vacuum pump and the engine block i let the engine to idle for 10 mins with the viscous fan removed. I discovered a drop of oil on the front of the vacuum pump (next to the pulley). The attached picture shows where the oil drop formed.
Is the vacuum pump a dismantable part? Is there an o ring that could be replaced? Is the vacuum pump available as a spare part or does it come as an assembly with the alternator only?

I had the same problem but oil at the back of the alternator, You can get this part to fix it.
Lip Seal (alternator to vacuum pump)
Measures 17 mm x 30(37) mm x 8 mm
Nippon Denso 081103-0080
Common to a few Toyota alternators, can use Toyota p/n 29341-64130
Sorry for the Toyota bit but this should be the part.
