It is a pain when the bags unroll.
I had similar problems when I installed mine. Had to inflate them slightly, just enough pressure such they were still pliable, then moved them by hand until they popped into place.

I've had Contitechs and Trellbourgs,, both times I've added sneaky line extensions with schrader valves,,
and never needed them;):D
I had a spare half hour at work yesterday arvo so I put the Disco in the wharehouse out of the rain and got under to make sure it was the bags. Turns out it was the line where it passes over the chassis rail behind the fuel filter (TD5). It had rubbed through on a small piece of welding splatter on the chassis rail. So I replaced it with a piece of 4mm nylon pressure hose and 2 push connects from pirtek. Pumped it up and still up this morning. Success.
Thanks for the tips on the replacement bags though guys. Will keep it in mind for when i do replace them.
