Are you sure you have the original lighter in there? The original is referred to as a "cigar" lighter, my dear chap, not something so common as a cigarette lighter. :p And from memory I think may be slightly larger in diameter than most others and aftermarket ones might therefore be loose fit.

Pop down to Supercheap dear boy and ask for a Cigar Lighter instead :wasntme:
