Hey mate, I noticed you in QLD. Mine Disco 2 came from Brisbane area and was apparently serviced by a LR specialist.
Funny enough I too have had all sorts of problems. I'm just getting on top of things now.
The latest thing I found was the front cross member and center cross members were swapped around. I looked at it and though "wow that thing hangs low in the middle" but didn't really know any better. I have just fitted 2 inch lift springs in the front and couldn't fit the springs because the front drive shaft was sitting on the cross member. Laying under the vehicle it was very obvious but god knows how they got installed back to front in the first place.
