3 baby seats in the back

    Hi,
Has anyone on here managed to get 3 baby seats in the back of their Disco?

Currently we need 2 forward facing and 1 rear facing. We have tried a few makes and models but have had no success.

If you have done it, what was the brand and model of the seats?

ps the seats need to be less than 10 years old.

This is eerie. The google search I just did came back with your own thread from back in April this year.

    This one.

Did you not get the info you needed from that thread?

    Hi Bell1975,
The last thread was very helpful but our situation has/is changing.

We need 2 forward facing for a 2-3yr old and a 3-4yr old. and a rear facing for a 0-1yr old.
Most of the seats people mentioned were only up to 4yrs old, which will be no good to us in 5 months time.

I guess the real question is "is there such a thing as a skinny seat for + 4yr olds"

    Hi Stallie,

The only booster seats we can find have side arms and head rests and take up as much room as infant seats. Is there a different kind?

Well we have finally found some seats that fit without any propping up or packing underneath. They are made by infa-secure. Slimline booster seats and a slimline capsule.

Infa-secure also make a lightweight travel booster seat for kids 4yrs and older that does not require a rear anchor point - which means it can be used in the rear 2 seats of a 7 seater.

The above set up was endorsed by kids safe.

Yay, we can now keep the Disco.

Thanks for posting back with your success story. This info will assist me when number 3 child arrives in December.

If only there was half a chance that the 3 seats we acquire will also fit across the back of a Kia Rio...
