Turns out one of the nuts near the air compressor was loose. Quick tighten, sounds much better. I'll note down exhaust gasket for next service!

Unfortunately you are only delaying the inevitable. IF you have the available funds, get the mainfold removed, refaced, new bigger studs fitted, and the manifold refitted. It'll save major brief further down the track.Quote:
