If you can make a lightweight (alloy) one SD type one at the right price (SD ones are $2k+ delivered) I would buy it in a heartbeat. Provision for a rear work light, 4 front roof lights, additional spare wheel carrier at the rear and shovel and high lift holder would be ideal.
Totally agree with the ARB half rack...far too heavy for its size. The tracklander is an awesome full length rack although its pretty heavy. The one in the picture was on the car for eight years with horrendous loads at times especially on the CSR. Never an issue and no damage to the roof, I believe a lot has to do with the supports they act like a spring. A aluminium version if it didnt lose integrity would be my pick.
