Borrowed crows spanner from friend last night. I dont know how people can access with normal spanner. Did a grab of the nut but the space is so tight and hard. I think Need to remove the exhaust like Harry said so I can put extension bar. But I bet I will be faced with rusty old nuts and very hard to undo. Just spray wd40 for now.

At the moment have to put the project on hold as boss told me to take daughter to ballet class instead of her and pick up family at the airport after that. What a luck. When you need the car badly something wrong always happen. :(

Managed to undo the nut of the autobox side. Now the hose that plug into the cooler. Anyone can give me a hint on how to do it? Do I need special tool? Thanks.

Gday mate...first time ive wrote on here and hope this helps...i had a pipe of and it was a rite job getting it back on...you have to make sure there fully on or itll blow of again....i found the trick was to twist a bit as ur pushing it on...and when its on youll know...you hear and feel it click into place.
Next one....i hope you dint run it much if its dropped the oil...found it had burnt the plates inside and had to replace the box...was cheaper than a recon...did this on my own...pair of ramps and 2 ratchet straps...few blocks of wood and het presto...lots of hours later...done.
Ps....is it a d2 auto...the zfhp22....have a spare one if your realy stuck.

Push the hose towards the trans cooler fitting and pull back on the black plastic clip until it releases the locking pins. Have a practice run on your new hose to see how it works. As suggested by Blknight in the auto trans post, spray the joint liberally with WD40 or similar, to wash the dirt out of it. Could not get the right hand side one of mine to release and had to modify a tool to fit over the pipes and squeeze the joint together.

Finally get the car back on the road on Sunday. After managed to Break one of the screw of the trans sump and couldnt get it out so got someone to took it out and put the oil. He managed to put nearly 10l of trans oil in.
