Not to go OT, but why?
As jc said, don't skimp on shocks, bilstiens would be a good choice.

It's a long standing directive from Incisor who was contacted by Karcraft regarding posting of prices.
I don't know the exact details, but I'm sure if you asked Incisor he would be able to enlighten you. From what I understand it is something that was upsetting Karcraft's trade customers.
Fair enough, they are pretty good on pricing for them average Joe, so can see why. Thanks
It goes back to at least 2006, and Incisor has confirmed the policy is still in place.
This is what Incisor has told me:
So the policy is in place to protect the interests of forum members...Quote:
they don't like it as they also supply many other dealers and it caused them heat so it was put that if everyone keeps outing them they will have to stop selling to the public at the cheaper pricing.
I didn't see your price but at the end of the day, if I bought it from Karcraft or Brit-car (what I purchased), who would be cheaper.
If Karcraft could deliver to my door all five shocks for $330 that would be suprising.
I'm not sure if people consider them cheap or not but they seem to be doing the job for me. I did look at replacing with genuine shocks and also bilsteins but thought I would give them a go. I have no issue with their performance.
Even if they were totally RS I would be happy to just throw them and buy genuine. Very easy job to replace them.
