Brake caliper seal kits - any to avoid?

So all four corners can be bought and shipped from UK for about $40:

Land Rover Discovery 2 Rear Brake Caliper Seal KIT STC1909 | eBay

Land Rover Discovery 2 Front Brake Caliper Seal KIT TO `03 STC1919 | eBay

Locally it looks like it's $120.

Anyone had issues with particular kits?

Britpart is well known to be avoided for seals and gaskets.

Yeah I know that, someone else had organised the order so I just put them in. I may order a set of quality ones as well as the new calipers, if the company I'm going through ever reply to my emails

In fairness, Britpart supply pattern parts, OEM and Genuine so providing you are selective BritPart parts can be of excellent quality. If you cheap out and buy their patterns parts you can have problems, but that goes for any vendor, including the eBay seller listed in the first post.

    cheers

In my experience it seems to be a bit more common with Britpart. The other issue is determining which of their items is OEM vs pattern as often they are listed as OEM purely because they made some OEM items...
