Try Tom Woods direct from the USA too. Postage takes about 3 days to reach you from the USA!
<edit> Above post makes my previous and now deleted comment null and void!
Tom is fantastic to deal with, can highly recommend a Wooody Shaft!
Hardy Spicer will refurbish the one you have. Give them a call, they are drive line specialists. I got the parts to do mine from them, easier just to drop the shaft to them and let them do it.

Well after a closer squiz I reckon it might be totally stuffed, those chirps are quiet easily heard at low acceleration, thought best I put it on the hoist. A trip away last week hunting certainly put the nail in the coffin.
I've made a few phone calls and I'm going with the Tom Woods option direct straight from USA.
Cheers

Hi,
I received my Tom Woods shaft from USA during the week, fitted it up this morning. It went straight in, although I has to remove the chassis brace, as the new shaft was touching at full suspension travel. Just need to make up a spacer plate to allow for the 2" lift to go between the brace and chassis.
Tom woods were really great to deal with and super helpful.
All good:-)
