    Hi Philip,

I sort of copied your idea. Thanks for the inspiration.

Now the other side for the spade...

Well I think I have finished the roof accessories, Awning and Spade..

Spade blade clears the drivers door and roller door nicely. I figure if the spade will hit my head so will the door frame..

Spade is just long enough to reach the brackets.

Roof bracket instructions say not to place over windows but this is probably for heavy weights.

Sort of follows the shape of the roof.

    Well funny story that...

I was down at Triumph Rover Spares here in Adelaide and while looking for some stuff I found them on a Disco in the yard and they removed them for me. When I got back to the counter I asked Phil how much for the extended racks and he said they didn't have any????? I said maybe not any more.. As I bought quite a few bits this trip I got them for $100.

Yes they seem harder to get these days so just keep looking and check all the Land Rover wreckers. Sometimes they have a set and don't know it.
