    Brake lights all on...all the time

    My Brake lights are on constantly whether my foot is on the pedal or not, reverse lights are working.
    Had some brake work done recently.
    Talked to Landyandy and he mentioned the brake light switch may need resetting and that there is a thread on here that showed you procedure, did a search but could not find.
    Anyone know where it may be hiding?

    The brake light switch is not contacting the pedal arm, so not turning off. Is there an adjustment?

    Remove the brake light switch from behind the brake pedal. Anti clockwise turn by about 90 degrees. Play with it once you have removed it. Pretty sure you just push it in and it clicks like a zip tie but you can pull it back unlike a zip tie.

    Not sure this will solve your problem though as the brake pedal sets the light the first time you place your foot on the break (I think).

    When I replaced mine (Christmas 2011) they were $30 from the Land Rover Dealer. Roughly $10 for the UK.
