I had this last week at Mt Pinnibar.

I have just fitted 2 inch King springs and standard length Monroe Wylie Shocks.
The suspension is fine with a load on or off road with the camper attached but going down steep descents with an almost empty tank and no other significant load , the rear end banged away.

I am unsure whether 2 inch longer shocks are short enough at full compression for the axle to hit the bumpstops before the shock bottoms out.
Does anyone know?

Until I am sure I will leave it, because going down mountains is in the minority of what I do with mine and the suspension is just perfect for towing my camper on and off road.

BTW Monroe claim their shocks are OK at standard to 2inch lift.
