    WHATS THE BEST DOUBLE SIDED TAPE TO USE TO STICK THEM BACK ON ....AND WHERE CAN YOU GET IT ?

    And to answer your question the 3M double sided tape automotive exterior tape is considered the best. Available from all good motor factors, or a popular online auction site near you.
