Different 16" factory alloys - different wheel nuts?

    G'day.

Collecting a set of factory 16s next week to replace the after market chromies that were on my truck.

Odds are I'll need to buy some wheel nuts but as I don't yet have the wheels I don't know what type.

There appears to be a few different factory 16" wheel options. Does anyone know if they all use the same wheel nuts? Even better, does anyone know the specs?

    Thanks.

AFAIK land Rover factory wheel nuts are the same for all factory wheels.
I have changed from 18 OEM 2002 D2 to RR 38A 16 inch wheels and they are the same.

I am pretty sure that D2 factory 16s are also the same.
Be aware that the wheel nut size changed on 38A into and D2 intro as the stud diameter is smaller than on RRC /D1.

    Thanks Phil.

Little confused by your last point.

For clarity, D1 and RRC are different to D2 and 38A, correct?

Correct. Also the L322 RR alloys use a BMW style of wheel nut. The D3/4 also use a different wheel nut to the D2 alloys.

I'm not sure what vehicle this wheel is originally from but it was getting around on a D2.

I assume it will need the same wheel nuts as this wheel, which I think is factory D2.

All Landrover Discovery Series II OEM wheels use the same nuts.

The top pic is a range rover p38 factory 16" x 8" wheel. They fit the D2 and take the same wheel nuts. I have them on my D2.
