Don't touch the BCU, all the settings you need to alter are found in the "ABS SLABS" module.

You might not even need to alter anything, especially if you have a non-SLS vehicle:
The only thing you need to do is check that the Suspension type matches what your vehicle is equipped with, and change if needed.

    Suspension Type: Coil or SLS

Ideally what you should do is use the Nanocom to save the settings from the old ECU before you do the swap and then load and write the old settings to the replacement. It's easy enough on the coil equipped vehicles to set up so doesn't matter that much but with SLS it saves the need to recalibrate.

    Hi Ken,
Is it a brand new unit?
I fitted one to my vehicle.
Out the box they are in a 'dormant' state and need to to activated by running through a test cycle.

Sfter checking slabs wiring for continuity as per instructions all was good, replaced ssv and now all ok, there was no oil leaking in the ssv but when I took it off 1 switch was stuck and 1 was really notchy to push, swapped out, full bleed and hooray abs, hdc and tc working fine
