    Take 2 -SRS Light

Forget the previous SLS thread light I foolishly started. Should've paid more attention to the dash!

I have now realised it was my SRS light. Went on half-way home on 2 consecutive days over 42 degrees. Since the rain and cool weather has set in, there are now no issues and haven't seen said light in 2 days.

Any issues i need to follow up with this?

Check your connectors under the seats are fully seated into each other.

I have site connectors which are joined and some black connectors which look like they have never been joined (one is tied away from the other. Gave the white connectors a wiggle, but light came back on next restart.

Read something about a connector behind glove box?

    Cheers

My SRS light did the same thing was on for a few days then didnt see it for awhile then one day it came on and stayed on.

I disconected and cleaned the connectors under the front seats and no more SRS light, i suggest you clean reseat the connectors as i reckon it will come back.

when i was at BMW as a mechanic we have the same issue, same fix as well, but BMW wanted the wirning harness replaced.
