Thread details - SLS brass fittings

Does anyone know the thread details (size, pitch etc) for the brass fittings that go into the SLS control valves?

This is for an emergency kit so that someone can take the fitting off the SLS valve and screw the schrader valve into place, rather than cutting the 4mm tube and using a push in.

I have some fittings at home. I think they are 5mm. Just to be random. You can get them from eBay.

I'd still just recommend cutting pipe close to the brass fitting and using push-in fitting on the end of the 4mm tube to fit the schrarder valve. You can always then refit the brass fitting to the 4mm tube once the problem is fixed.

Just a word of warning though. The little ferrule (olive) has a flat side with an opposing gap. Any attempt I have made to remove the ferrule off the end of the pipe has end in the ferrule getting broken. It's best to use the back side of the fitting itself to push the ferrule back up the pipe toward your new cut. Then just dont forget to put your fitting on the pipe the right way around before you fit the ferrule.

    Happy Days.
